In addition to her professional work, Kira has experience as a bartender and is currently pursuing a degree in Communication and Media Studies at Monroe Community College (MCC). She is deeply passionate about being an active part of the local community, having volunteered with organizations such as charity golf tournaments, Home Start Hope, Camp Good Days, Cradle for a Cure and Veterans Outreach. Kira has also worked as a camp counselor at day camps in her hometown of Ontario, where she fostered a love for community engagement and youth development.

Jeff Barlette is our Chief Operations Officer, bringing over 15 years of experience in operations within both healthcare and construction. A father to one daughter and married to his wife, who is a dedicated teacher in the community, Jeff has built a strong foundation in leadership and operational management throughout his career. He has also successfully owned and operated his own business in Rochester, further expanding his expertise in running a successful organization.

A passionate community member, Jeff has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and served on the East Rochester Planning and Architecture Board. He has also given his time to youth sports, coaching hockey and lacrosse programs, helping develop the next generation of athletes.
