In addition to her professional work, Kira has experience as a bartender and is currently pursuing a degree in Communication and Media Studies at Monroe Community College (MCC). She is deeply passionate about being an active part of the local community, having volunteered with organizations such as charity golf tournaments, Home Start Hope, Camp Good Days, Cradle for a Cure and Veterans Outreach. Kira has also worked as a camp counselor at day camps in her hometown of Ontario, where she fostered a love for community engagement and youth development.

Kira’s unique blend of marketing expertise, local involvement, and passion for communication makes her a dynamic force in her role, driving success for both our company and the community we serve.

Outside of her professional life, Nikalina is an avid hiker and enjoys spending time outdoors. She is also a passionate dog lover and proud owner of a German Shepherd. In addition to her hobbies, Nikalina is dedicated to giving back to the community, having volunteered with Camp Good Days to raise funds for children battling cancer.

Mike Cimino is the CEO of Monroe Roofing and Siding, with 10 years of experience in the construction industry. His passion for high-quality construction and his dedication to attention to detail have been driving forces behind the success of the company. Mike’s commitment to providing excellent service and building strong relationships with both customers and team members is at the core of everything he does.

Mike graduated from Gates High School, where he was highly regarded in the football community, exemplifying teamwork and leadership from a young age. Outside of his professional life, Mike is deeply involved in supporting local charities, including the Veterans Outreach Program and the CP of Rochester, where he works to raise funds and support the community.
